Sara MacDonald

Sara MacDonald is a Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood) graduate from Queensland University of Technology.  She has 20 years of experience throughout the Central and South-East Queensland districts and specialises in preschool to grade 2.

Sara has a keen interest in how children learn to read.  She understands that every child goes to school with varying levels of oral language and vocabulary and is there to support and enhance their growth through appropriate teaching strategies from up-to-date resources.

Being a mother of two primary school aged girls, Sara knows how vitally important home readers across all literacies are and how imperative it is that these home readers are engaging and fun to share with the family.
